You must be 18 or older and located in Canada to post a listing or send messages.

• List only PC parts and PC-related hardware. No software, no counterfeits, no stolen goods.
• Use accurate condition labels (New, Like new, Good, Fair). Disclose known defects in the description.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Listings should reflect your real intent to sell or trade.
• We may remove listings that violate these rules or applicable laws.

• Communicate respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or fraud will get you banned.
• Meet in safe, public locations for pickup whenever possible.
• Verify parts in person before exchanging money. Partr.ca is not party to your transaction.

We will never charge fees for listing or selling locally. We will eventually expand offering shipping services but not at this time.

Partr.ca is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of listings, or the outcome of any sale. You are responsible for your own trades.

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Partr.ca is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
